2. Eligibility

3. Products and descriptions

We work hard to display our products, colors, and measurements as accurately as possible. Because screens and fabrics vary, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your display exactly matches the item. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

4. Pricing and errors

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order. We reserve the right to correct any error in pricing, descriptions, or availability, and to cancel any order affected by such an error, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If your payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order; this confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when it ships. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect to be fraudulent. 6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are handled by trusted third-party processors; we do not store full card details on our servers.

7. Shipping and risk of loss

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the items to the carrier. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional codes are valid for a limited time, cannot be exchanged for cash, and generally cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We may modify or end any promotion at any time.

All content on this website, including our name, logos, designs, graphics, text, photographs, and product artwork, is owned by or licensed to PURPOSE and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
